Delete Your Account

Moshan, LLC (Delaware, USA)

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Moshan account at any time using one of the methods below.

1. Through the App

You can delete your account directly from the Moshan app:

1. Open the Moshan app and sign in to your account
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

2. Via Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at support@moshan.app.

Please include the following in your request:

• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• A brief statement requesting account deletion

We will process your request and confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

After you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time your account is deactivated and your data is no longer visible, but the deletion can still be reversed if you change your mind — simply sign back in to restore your account.

After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This includes:

• Your profile information and account credentials
• Any active subscriptions
• Your booking history and check-in records

Some data may be retained beyond this period only as required by law or to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
